By accessing or using OttoMood ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

User Responsibilities
As a user of OttoMood, you agree to:
Account Management
- •Provide accurate and complete information
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Prohibited Activities
- ✗Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- ✗Impersonate others or provide false information
- ✗Attempt to access or interfere with our systems
- ✗Harass, abuse, or harm others through the platform
Description of Services
OttoMood provides two main types of services:
AI Wellness Support
24/7 AI-powered chat, journaling, mood tracking, and mindfulness guidance
Professional Counseling
Connection to licensed counselors and therapists for professional support
Payment & Subscriptions
- •Free trial available for AI features
- •Subscription plans for full access (HKD $50/week for AI, $300/week for counseling)
- •Automatic renewal unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends
- •Refunds available within 7 days for counseling sessions not yet completed
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of OttoMood are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of your journal entries and personal data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services.
Limitation of Liability
OttoMood is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes will be resolved in Hong Kong courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
